Halloween Half Term in Cornwall
It’s spooky season and you know what that means! Cornwall will be flooded with Halloween activities for you to partake in this October half term.
Trerice Dragon School
Who hasn’t wished that they could join Toothless and Hiccup, living in a world where dragons fly among us. Well, this Halloween, you can attend the ‘Trerice Dragon School‘ and get one step closer to making that dream a reality. Dressing up is strongly encouraged whilst you explore the beautiful estate and immersive yourself in the fantasy world of dragons.
Spooky Storytime at Cotehele
Book your place for a Halloween Storytime with a spooky scarecrow in Cotehele’s Victorian Library. Come dressed in your best scary attire and get in to the Halloween spirit. You could even extend the spooktacular occasion by exploring Cotehele’s grounds and keeping an eye out for any creepy encroachers hiding in the garden.
Spooky Newquay
There are a range of treats for you this Halloween season in Newquay. The first Halloween goody is that Newquay Zoo is offering 2 free kids tickets for every adult ticket purchased until the 3rd of November. No tricks! Just get yourself down to Newquay Zoo and make the most of this incredible half term deal.
Another classic autumn celebration is, of course, Oktoberfest. Get down to Newquay Harbour for family fun and festivities. From 25/10 to 3/11, you cannot miss the food, music and beer that is a staple of any good Oktoberfest.
Finally, Dairyland has turned to ‘Scaryland‘ this Halloween. A pumpkin patch and trick or treat wall are only a few of the seasonal additions to Dairyland Farm Park. Open 10am-5pm from the 26/10 to the 3/11, each paying child will receive a free pumpkin and be able to explore the ghoulish grounds.
Halloween at Helsbury
Helsbury itself is a beautiful place to spend autumn. With our cosy cottages and fireplaces, snuggle up under a blanket and watch a Halloween movie. Our grounds also reflect the seasonal spirit with the leaves turning brown and falling, creating the idyllic scenery for an autumn break.
